New to yoga? Our studio offers a warm, supportive environment where you can build confidence and create a strong foundation for your practice. Our Beginner and Beyond class is the perfect place to start. Moving at a slower pace than traditional Vinyasa, it focuses on safe alignment in asanas (postures) to help build strength, flexibility, and mobility—helping you feel grounded as you grow. Looking for other beginner-friendly options? Try Hatha Yoga, Somatics, Yin, Restorative Yoga, Chair Yoga, or Slow Flow. Each style offers a unique approach, so you can discover what feels best for your body and your journey.
Barre is a low-impact, high-intensity workout that fuses yoga, Pilates, and light cardio into one seamless, energizing class. With a focus on balance, form, and muscle endurance, Barre helps you sculpt long, lean muscles while boosting posture and stability. Every movement is small but mighty—targeting muscles you didn’t even know you had. Over time, you’ll develop stronger muscle memory, allowing the benefits of your Barre practice to show up in everyday life—from how you stand to how you move. Whether you’re new to movement or looking to deepen your routine, Barre is adaptable and empowering for all bodies and levels. We offer two Barre Classes each week, BootyBarre and BarreFlow.
Chair Yoga is a gentle and accessible practice done while sitting on a chair or using a chair for support. It’s especially helpful for anyone looking to build strength, balance, and coordination in a safe and supportive way.
This practice offers a full spectrum yoga experience—including breathwork (pranayama), postures (asana), mindfulness, meditation, and even moments of laughter and joy. Along the way, you’ll also improve flexibility, functional mobility, circulation, lung capacity, and mental focus. Inclusive and welcoming, Chair Yoga is designed for all people and all abilities.
Hatha Yoga is one of the oldest and most traditional forms of yoga. The word Hatha means “sun” (ha) and “moon” (tha), symbolizing balance and harmony. Hatha Yoga is a gentle, balanced practice that links movement with breath to cultivate strength, flexibility, and inner calm. Each class we offer varies with the instructor you may begin with grounding pranayama (breathwork), flow through accessible (asanas) postures that are designed to support both physical and personal well-being, always closes with savasana for deep relaxation. With variations offered throughout, this class is welcoming to all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners—and is perfect for anyone seeking a slower-paced practice that leaves you feeling refreshed, clear, and centered.
Sweat with purpose. Heal with heat. Our Infrared Heated Yoga classes are held in a studio warmed by therapeutic infrared heat. This clean, dry, radiant warmth penetrates the body directly rather than heating the air around you. This innovative heating method supports a deep, detoxifying sweat while keeping the room’s ambiance breathable and comfortable. Unlike traditional hot yoga, infrared heat warms the body from the inside out, mimicking the soothing effect of sunlight, without the UV exposure. It’s known to help, enhance circulation, improve flexibility, support muscle recovery, reduce inflammation-related pain, promote detoxification, encourage healthy, glowing skin, boost mood and vitamin D synthesis. You’ll leave class feeling energized, revitalized, and refreshed—without the sluggish fatigue common in humid, high-moisture environments. Classes are heated to 90°+, making them a true hot yoga experience. Please come hydrated and nourished. If you have a medical condition affected by heat, consult your physician before participating.
Massage is a therapeutic practice that relieves tension, reduces stress, and promotes relaxation. By applying targeted pressure to muscles and soft tissues, massage improves circulation, enhances flexibility, and supports overall well-being.
Our therapists offer a range of techniques—including Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular, cupping, hot stones and others depending on the therapist you choose—so each session can be customized to your needs, whether you’re seeking pain relief, muscle recovery, or deep relaxation.Massage therapy not only reduces soreness and aids recovery but also nurtures both body and mind, promoting optimal health and balance.
Pilates stretches and strengthens your muscles at the same time, helping you build deep, functional strength without impact on your joints. Pilates activates your transverse abdominals (your deepest core muscles) by connecting movement to breath, creating a stable, supported foundation for your spine and entire body. Originally developed for injury rehabilitation, Pilates is a low-impact, anaerobic strength training method emphasizing precision, control, and mind-body connection. It’s as much a workout for your brain as it is for your body. Suitable for all levels and ages, Pilates uses just your body weight, a mat, and small equipment to deliver powerful results. We offer two unique classes that incorporate Pilates principles, Sculpt Burn, and Yogalates, blending strength, alignment, and mobility in a way that’s accessible and effective.
Reiki is a Japanese healing practice that originated over 100 years ago. This gentle, hands-on modality works with the body’s energy field (chi) to restore balance and promote deep healing on every level—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.D uring a Reiki session, the practitioner uses a series of light hand placements to channel healing energy into the body while helping release stuck or stagnant energy from the auric field and chakras. This process supports the body’s natural ability to heal itself and restore harmony. Reiki can help reduce stress, pain, anxiety, depression, and insomnia, while also fostering peace, clarity, and emotional well-being. Today, Reiki is widely recognized and is offered in more than 800 hospitals across the United States as a complementary healing therapy.
In turbulent times, yoga can be a sanctuary, a place to gently refuel your energy and fill up on hope. Restorative Yoga offers a deeply nurturing practice designed to reset the nervous system and invite release on every level. This gentle, low and slow style of yoga involves long, passive holds in 4–6 restful asanas (postures), often supported by props to create comfort and ease. The result is a state of profound relaxation, making it one of the most effective ways to counter a fast-paced, stressed-out life.Restorative Yoga is a perfect complement to more active practices like Hot Yoga or Vinyasa and an excellent recovery tool. It helps relieve tension and anxiety, support the immune system, stretch deep fascia, improve flexibility, and pave the way for meditation. Suitable for all levels, this practice invites you to relax, restore, and indulge in a gentle experience of self-care.
This Polyvagal-informed practice combines slow, intentional movements designed to help you reconnect with your body, cultivate awareness, and nourish your nervous system. By gently unwinding patterns of stress and pain held deep within the body, Somatic Movement supports healing from the inside out. Through mindful exploration, this practice works at the root of muscular tension by repatterning the brain-to-muscle connection. The result is greater freedom of movement, deep restoration, and a sense of ease from head to toe . Accessible and supportive, this class is for all bodies and all levels, including beginners. We offer three different classes inspired by Somatic Movement, Yogamatics and Somatic Movement and Sound, giving you space to explore and experience the practice in ways that best support your personal needs.
Sound has been used as a tool for healing across cultures for thousands of years. In our modern world, the stresses of daily life often create imbalances and blockages in both the physical and subtle body, leaving us feeling out of harmony. Healing sound frequencies can help restore balance by guiding the mind and body into deeper states of stillness and meditation. Through rhythm and vibration, sound entrains brainwaves, shifting us from an activated stress response into a state of profound relaxation. From this space, the body's innate healing powers can begin to take over. Potentially helping to create new neural pathways, improve circulation and energy flow, dissolve blockages, and raise overall vibration—enhancing overall well-being. At our studio, we offer a variety of ways to experience sound healing: private one-on-one sessions, community group offerings, and private sessions at your chosen location. Each experience is designed to help you release, restore, and return to a more peaceful state of harmony.
This practice is designed for all levels and offers a chance to tune into—and amplify—the quality of life within you. Together, we’ll explore acupressure, pranayama (breathwork), flowing asana sequences, tissue loading to support collagen production, nervous system regulation, yin postures, and a brief meditation. In this extended session, you’ll experience both active practices—building strength, mobility, and vitality—and passive, introspective practices that restore balance and calm. Each element is woven together to maximize the therapeutic benefits of yoga. You’ll leave feeling calm, clear, and energized.
Join Beth, the only certified Yoga Medicine® Therapeutic Specialist in the state, for this unique, holistic practice.
This style weaves asana (postures) together in a thoughtful, intentional sequence that honors subtle anatomical alignment while connecting each movement with mindful breathing. This creates a moving meditation that nurtures body, mind, and spirit. With consistent practice, Vinyasa Yoga goes beyond building strength and flexibility—it cultivates balance, compassion, and inner radiance, helping you shine from the inside out.
Nourish your busy life with this deeply relaxing and rejuvenating practice—no need to leave the floor! Yin Yoga is a quiet, meditative style that uses long, passive holds to cultivate qualities such as compassion, patience, sensitivity, stillness, and surrender.
Through mindful muscle relaxation, Yin invites you to explore your comfort zones—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Postures target the connective tissues, nourishing the joints, ligaments, and fascia while gently releasing stored tension and emotion.Guided through a trauma-sensitive lens, this class supports adrenal health and offers the nervous system a chance to reset with breathwork and meditation. The practice also encourages the free flow of Chi (vital life force) by opening the body’s meridian lines, leaving you feeling balanced and restored.
Yin Yoga is especially supportive for those with limited mobility and a wonderful complement to more vigorous practices or activities such as running, cycling, or hiking.

Mosaic Wellness (mental health therapy office) did a corporate team building private session with Nina. She was so welcoming and inclusive. When we needed some specific accommodations and modifications with the poses, she did not mind at all and was helpful in making sure everyone felt involved. We also love that she is trauma-informed and taught a lot about the therapeutic properties of yoga. We will definitely reach out in the future with any yoga needs! Thanks, Nina!

My husband booked a massage for me with Traci L. It was AMAZING! I carry so much stress and tension, and it all just...melted away. At some points, I think I forgot to breathe! I was nervous because I'm insanely ticklish, but I told her that and she was wonderful with her pressure and open palms. I should have done this sooner, and I can't wait to book my next appointment. Wow!
~ Misty R.
Wonderful atmosphere very clean and inviting. I have had several massage appointments here. Nina is always very professional and polite. Does amazing with isolating your targeted issues. Previously before experiencing what the folded leaf has to offer. I dealt with knots an pain, poor mobility in my shoulders. Now I'm shooting bows and climbing mountains. This business also offers numerous class, from yoga and mediation to reiki. Even a few others like booty Barre with Mandy, pilates with beth. This business can help bring peace and grounding into your life. Give it a chance you won't be sorry you scheduled a class.

Every time I walk in the door at the Folded Leaf I feel safe, supported, and ready to let go of anything that's holding me back. I have attended a variety of classes for almost three years now. Each instructor brings an authentic, unique perspective that supports all skill levels to the variety of classes offered. Whether you are brand new or a seasoned yogi, there is room to grow here.

I absolutely love all the classes and have been a client for over 2 years! You must try the Therapeutic Yoga on Monday evenings, and the Sculpt Burn Pilates on Thursday evenings with Beth Moore! Plus the new infrared yoga classes are excellent at any time! Best part its locally owned and operated by the wonderful Nina - who gives the best massages in the valley! I’ve taken a handful of classes here over the last few months. Nina, the owner, is super sweet! Their Thursday evening heated class is fantastic and I love that they are trauma-informed and teach somatic in just about every class. Nina also allowed me to use one of her spaces for a solo practice on NYE last year after I unknowingly showed up for a class that was cancelled. So thankful to have such a welcoming studio in town!
