
Class Descriptions
Beginner Vinyasa Flow
A great class for anyone who has never stepped onto a yoga mat before. This class will introduce you to the beginning stages of a Vinyasa Flow including Ujjayi Breathing, the Sun Salutation, and basic beginner poses. Learning how to sync movement with breath to create a moving meditation. Leaving feeling relaxed yet energize and ready to take on any obstacles the day may bring.
Beginner Yoga and Beyond
Create a firm foundation for your practice by learning the basics. This class is slower paced than an all-levels class, and focuses on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses to align, strengthen and promote flexibility and healing in the body. Come to learn, play, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment. All bodies are welcome.Perfect for new beginners as well as the seasoned practitioner.
Gentle Yoga
A class for all experience levels, gentle hatha is for those students who are just beginning their yoga practice as well as experienced yogis with a desire to slow things down. The longer holds and repetition of poses focuses on alignment and is designed to develop strength, stamina and flexibility. The addition of meditation and breath work provides a fully immersive yoga experience.
Hatha Flow
This class focuses on gentle flowing movements with proper alignment to relax tight muscles and to increase joint mobility. This is an all levels class with sequences of postures to strengthen, stretch and balance. You are encouraged to modify postures to meet the needs of your unique body. This class will provide you with the opportunity to fully explore a variety of yoga sequences at
whatever level of intensity you need. Beginner friendly.
Functional Yoga for All
This class is designed to assist the body with functional and structural movement for the stresses of everyday living. There is also a focus on keeping the spine and nervous system healthy. Breath work, movement/flow, and mantra are included in each session. Beginner friendly.
Focus & Flow
Focus and flow is an all levels flow class to help wind down from the week and ease into the weekend. We will begin with breathwork to clear and calm the mind, and sync our movement with breath so our practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind. As we ride the waves of breath in our Yoga practice, we learn to ride the waves of change in our lives with more ease. This class moves from pose to pose with each breath. Expect a fully balanced class of forward bending, twists, backbends with opportunity for inversions. All levels are welcome to join this practice in finding one's state of flow! Walk into the weekend feeling more strong and focused. Modifications are always offered to meet students where they are and honor their practice. (Beginners Welcome)
Yoga Breathwork
Breath is life - and life is magical. Mastery of the breath will guide us in experiencing this magic in our practice on and off the mat. This course will teach proper breathing through a holistic approach that will include lectures, demonstration, asana, pranayama, meditation, music and chanting. The physical asana practice will be accessible to students of absolutely every ability level and will provide the foundation of the coursework. This class will not only build strength, flexibility and overall wellness, but will also help unlock the power hiding in all the other yoga classes you may take. All Levels welcome.
Stretch & Soar
A deep stretch, strengthening, and creative flow yoga practice with Aerial Silks. After soaring to new heights, enjoy an elevated savasana like no other! *Silks are used as a prop to support deeper postures. Flipping and acrobatics not required (Beginner Friendly)
YogaTone Express
Time to tone! This flow based class will have you working up a sweat. This class is balances strength and conditioning with sloe vinyasa flow to help build endurance and flexibility mindfully. Yoga Tone strengthens, balances and exhilarates the entire body and mind. You'll leave feeling that yoga glow of hard work and relaxation! ( All levels welcome and beginner friendly)
Humble Heart Yoga for All
A mindful practice of alignment based postures that will link breath and movement. Helping you to cultivate resilience, strength, flexibility and balance with a focus on the mind, heart, body connection. Each class is led with love and kindness in a non-competitive environment and is certain to leave you feeling calm and centered. Class is suitable for all levels and modifications are always offered.
Chair Yoga
This gentle form of yoga is practiced sitting on a chair or using a chair for support during standing poses. Chair yoga is especially suitable for older adults, people with balance or coordination issues, and those with disabilities. Chair yoga helps increase flexibility, lung capacity, circulation and strength, improves balance, and relieves stress. The class incorporates breathing exercises, stretching, yoga postures, and final relaxation.
Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa is a type of yoga that links movement and breath to attain balance in the mind and body. From the Sanskrit “to place in a special way,” vinyasa aligns a deliberate sequence of poses with the breath to achieve a continuous flow. This class emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. Basic Hatha
Improve your overall health and well being while building strength, stamina, and body awareness. Learn, or return to the foundations of yoga postures by focusing on alignment. This class incorporates the use of props to aid in comfort. Allow your body, mind, and breath to come together to restore energy, reduce stress, increase strength, and improve flexibility. No yoga experience necessary.
Tai Chi
This class teaches the basic movements, postures, and stances of Tai Chi. As we learn to move through the different postures we will focus on proper body alignment, relaxation, and breathing techniques that can be used in class as well as in everyday life. We will also discuss the many benefits of Tai Chi and how it can be incorporated into your regular fitness routine. Modifications can be made for students with physical limitations. Beginner friendly!
Yoga Sculpt
Yoga sculpt is the fusion of vinyasa yoga and strength endurance training. This unique and intense workout incorporates body weight strength training and is designed to tone and shape your body. Build stamina through a series of squats, lunges, crunches, plank holds, cardio work, balancing postures, and stretching. All Levels welcomed.
Fire & Ice
This hybrid class blends the thoughtful, fluid movement of vinyasa with the deep, yummy sensation of yin. Movement is low and slow and the vibe is chill. Fire and Ice is appropriate for all levels of practice and is a treat for the body and the soul.
Rise & Restore
This restorative practice is a quiet, meditative practice with long, deep holding of passive poses while using props.Using mindful muscle relaxation, yin postures target the connective tissue nourishing joints, ligaments, and fascia. All Levels welcome.
Candlelight Yin
Unwind at the end of a long day and reset your nervous system with this relaxing and rejuvenating class. Yin yoga is a quiet, meditative practice with long, deep holding of passive poses, that allows the student to cultivate Yin qualities such as compassion, introspection, patience, sensitivity, stillness, and surrender. Yin yoga asks us to explore and expand our comfort zones, physically, mentally, and emotionally using mindful muscle relaxation. Yin postures target the connective tissue nourishing joints, ligaments, and fascia. This Yin practice is a wonderful compliment to more vigorous yoga practices or activities such as running, cycling, and hiking. The practice is suitable and encouraged for all levels of practitioners.(Beginner friendly)
HIIT Hybrid Yoga

Get ready to sweat, sculpt, and tone your entire body with workouts that will torch your muscles and challenge you every day. Each week, you’ll cycle through full-body classes and targeted classes that hit your core, arms, booty, and legs with high-rep bodyweight movements. This series is like climbing a mountain: it will push you to your max as you climb to the peak. With Yoga Flows throughout class to recover your muscles and build total-body strength. Hot Vinyasa
Hot Vinyasa is an ALL LEVELS CLASS that will inspire the beginner and challenge those with an established practice. Be prepared to sweat, move and adventure into a deeper relationship with your body and a more profound relationship with life itself. Achieve incredible depth in postures that facilitate detoxification of the body and enjoy the ultimate yoga challenge in this heated class. Room is approximately 90 degrees. It is best to come hydrated and also nourished ( you shouldn't have food on board, if you plan to eat, eat a couple of hours before class). Please bring a towel and water.
Heart Centered Hatha Flow
is a mindful practice of alignment based postures that will link breathe and movement to cultivate resilience, strength, flexibility and balance. With a focus on the mind, heart, body connection. Yogalates
Yogalates is a hybrid class combining Yoga and Pilates. This class builds strength, stability and awareness of the bandhas. It also uses the 6 spinal movement principles of Pilates to increase coordination in Yoga flow.
Ignite the Power Within

Kundalini Yoga & Meditation
Is a spiritual and physical discipline that combines movement, dynamic breathing, meditation, sound, and mantra. This practice awakens the power within to create health, vitality, and inner transformation. All levers welcome and beginner friendly.
Playfully Chill
Hatha yoga enhances strength, flexibility, and balance and may offer some light aerobic conditioning as well, depending on the daily sequence. It is gentle and perfect for all levels! Countless benefits can be gained from incorporating breath work (pranayama) with the physical practice and we will tap into both! Class will not be cookie cutter and will be different daily, so as to give attention to the whole body and to also explore many different aspects of asana(postures). It will be full of sparkle and heart shine, taking you on a magical, yet chill yogic journey! No two classes will be the same and there will be light theming to tap into your heart center. Get ready to peel back the layers leaving full on heart shine!(Beginner Friendly)
Heart Filled Hot Vinyasa
This is a dynamic class, practiced in a heated room, where the connection between breath and movement is maintained throughout. In Vinyasa styles of yoga, the poses are connected together smoothly, very much like a dance so that you flow from one asana into the next. This class will be full of giggles and much heart shine! There will be cuing to accommodate both newbies and those with an intermediate to advanced practice, so there is a place for everyone to find their tribe!! It is best to come hydrated and also nourished ( you shouldn't have food or board, if you plan to eat, eat a couple of hours before class. ) Also, bring water and your sense of adventure!
Yoga for Recovery
Yoga for Recovery is designed to enhance your recovery by addressing the physical, mental and spiritual disease of addiction with physical asana practice, breath work, and meditation. We will get to know each other throughout these sessions and work together to bridge the gap between your 12 step journey and yoga. This class is for anyone in active recovery, or anyone struggling with an addiction and seeking recovery, or anyone simply curious about the 12 steps. This yoga class is not designed as a replacement for 12 step meetings or working with a sponsor, and is not intended to diagnose or treat any behavioral health conditions
