Beginner Yoga and Beyond
Create a firm foundation for your practice by learning the basics. This class is slower paced than an all-levels class, and focuses on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses to align, strengthen and promote flexibility and healing in the body. Come to learn, play, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment. All bodies are welcome.Perfect for new beginners as well as the seasoned practitioner.
Gentle Yoga for All
Gentle Yoga For ALL is a class for everyone!! This slow, gentle and mindful practice of alignment based postures that will link breathe and movement will help you cultivate resilience, strength, flexibility and balance within. With a focus on the mind, heart, body connection. Each class is led with love and kindness in a non-competitive environment and is guaranteed to help you de-stress and find peace within the moment. Fountain of YOUth Yoga
Fountain of YOUth Yoga is a hybrid of Hatha Yoga and age defying exercises to rejuvenate the mind, body, and spirit and restore ourselves to YOUthFULL state! This class is perfect for all experience levels even beginners!!
Root to Rise Hatha
Root to Rise Hatha Flow is the perfect jump start to your day!! Hatha Yoga is the foundation of all forms of yoga. By concentrating on the inner experience of each asana (pose), the mind and body can become steady. Students will focus on alignment and breath to release more deeply, while energizing subtle channels. This class will focus on foundational asanas linked by breath and integration of meditation, pranayama (breathwork), and mudras to create homeostasis within in order to wake up and revive your system. Leaving you feeling grounded and focus so you can move though you day with more ease and joy that comes from putting yourself first. Because Hatha moves at a deliberate pace, it complements a more vigorous practice and can aid in healing from injury. Hatha is suitable for all levels even beginners!!
Basic Hatha
Improve your overall health and well being while building strength, stamina, and body awareness. Learn, or return to the foundations of yoga postures, by focusing on alignment within the realm of standard, accessible postures. These classes are usually slower paced and incorporates the use of props to aid in comfort. Allow your body, mind, and breath to come together to restore energy, reduce stress, increase strength, and flexibility. No yoga experience necessary. (Beginner Friendly)
Chakra Yoga Flow
This Chakra flow class is a traditional Vinyasa format with emphasis on different Chakras each week. Students can expect a good physical work-out, breathwork, and elements of sound & mantra blended seamlessly into each class. .This classes will work to help open and balance the energy centers in the subtle body. Working to bring our bodies into balance in this way can have a profound effect on emotional and physical well-being.(Beginner Friendly)
Yoga Breathwork
Breath is life - and life is magical. Mastery of the breath will guide us in experiencing this magic in our practice on and off the mat. This course will teach proper breathing through a holistic approach that will include lectures, demonstration, asana, pranayama, meditation, music and chanting. The physical asana practice will be accessible to students of absolutely every ability level and will provide the foundation of the coursework. This class will not only build strength, flexibility and overall wellness, but will also help unlock the power hiding in all the other yoga classes you may take. All Levels welcome.
Stretch & Soar
A deep stretch, strengthening, and creative flow yoga practice with Aerial Silks. After soaring to new heights, enjoy an elevated savasana like no other! *Silks are used as a prop to support deeper postures. Flipping and acrobatics not required (Beginner Friendly)
Hatha-Vinyasa
This simple, light-hearted practice is designed to wake up your body, light up your brain help you get a productive start. A beautiful evening practice is the perfect "tone-setting" tool for the rest of your week: if you start by doing something that invigorates and energizes you mentally and physically, chances are you'll be able to sustain that positive energy and stay connected to your personal flow throughout the rest of the week. Head to your mat and enjoy!
Chair Yoga
This gentle form of yoga is practiced sitting on a chair or using a chair for support during standing poses. Chair yoga is especially suitable for older adults, people with balance or coordination issues, and those with disabilities. Chair yoga helps increase flexibility, lung capacity, circulation and strength, improves balance, and relieves stress. The class incorporates breathing exercises, stretching, yoga postures, and final relaxation.
Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa is a type of yoga that links movement and breath to attain balance in the mind and body. From the Sanskrit “to place in a special way,” vinyasa aligns a deliberate sequence of poses with the breath to achieve a continuous flow. This class emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. The Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind. As we ride the waves of breath in our Yoga practice, we learn to ride the waves of change in our lives with more ease. This class moves from pose to pose with each. Expect a fully balanced class of forward bending, twists, backbends with opportunity for inversions. All levels are welcome to join this vigorous practice in finding one's state of flow!
Mindful Hatha Flow
Hatha yoga enhances strength, flexibility, and balance and may offer some light aerobic conditioning as well, depending on the daily sequence. It is gentle and perfect for all levels! Countless benefits can be gained from incorporating breath work (pranayama) with the physical practice and mindfulness and we will tap into all three! Class will not be cookie cutter and will be different daily, so as to give attention to the whole body and to also explore many different aspects of asana(postures). It will be full of sparkle and heart shine, taking you on a magical yogic journey! May be light theming to tap into your heart center. Get ready to peel back the layers leaving full on heart shine!(Beginner Friendly)
CardiYoga
This Fun class is a hybrid of a workout and a yoga flow - heavy on the workout. In 45 minutes you'll strengthen and open up your whole body, especially your shoulders, legs, glutes, and core. Expect fast and fiery Mini-flows with playful transitions, presented in a fitness style circuit.
Barre Flow
A low impact isometric strengthing and stretching class, uses a ballet barre as a prop and is based in basic ballet conditioning, with elements of yoga and pilates ending in a full body workout experience.(Beginners welcome)
Fire & Ice
This hybrid class blends the thoughtful, fluid movement of vinyasa with the deep, yummy sensation of yin. Movement is low and slow and the vibe is chill. Fire and Ice is appropriate for all levels of practice and is a treat for the body and the soul.
Candlelight Yin Yoga/Deep Stretch
Nourish your busy life with this relaxing and rejuvenating class that you dont even have to leave the floor for!!! Yin yoga is a quiet, meditative practice with long, deep holding of passive poses, that allows the student to cultivate Yin qualities such as compassion, introspection, patience, sensitivity, stillness, and surrender. Yin yoga asks us to explore and expand our comfort zones, physically, mentally, and emotionally using mindful muscle relaxation. The intention is to nourish the wise parts of the body that hold our tension and store our emotions with postures that target the connective tissue nourishing joints, ligaments, and fascia.Through a trauma sensitive lens, this class will support adrenal health and provide the nervous system with an opportunity to reset by utilizing pranayama(breathwork)practices in addition to meditation practices to ease the mind as the body finds stillness. The practice of Yin will support you on a journey of releasing stagnated energy by supporting the opening of the meridian lines so that Chi, or vital lifeforce energy can flow more freely within the physical body. This is a wonderful class for people with limited mobility and a great compliment to more vigorous yoga practices or activities such as running, cycling, and hiking.The practice is suitable and encouraged for all levels of practitioners even beginners!!
Hot Vinyasa
Hot Vinyasa is an ALL LEVELS CLASS that will inspire the beginner and challenge those with an established practice. Be prepared to sweat, move and adventure into a deeper relationship with your body and a more profound relationship with life itself. Achieve incredible depth in postures that facilitate detoxification of the body and enjoy the ultimate yoga challenge in this heated class. Room is approximately 90 degrees. It is best to come hydrated and also nourished ( you shouldn't have food on board, if you plan to eat, eat a couple of hours before class). Please bring a towel and water.
Heart Centered Hatha Flow
is a mindful practice of alignment based postures that will link breathe and movement to cultivate resilience, strength, flexibility and balance. With a focus on the mind, heart, body connection. Each class is led with love and kindness in a non-competitive environment and is certain to leave you feeling calm and centered. Class is suitable for all levels and modifications are always offered.
Yogalates
Yogalates is a hybrid class combining Yoga and Pilates. This class builds strength, stability and awareness of the bandhas. It also uses the 6 spinal movement principles of Pilates to increase coordination in Yoga flow.

Is a spiritual and physical discipline that combines movement, dynamic breathing, meditation, sound, and mantra. This practice awakens the power within to create health, vitality, and inner transformation. All levers welcome and beginner friendly.
Yoga for Recovery
Yoga for Recovery is designed to enhance your recovery by addressing the physical, mental and spiritual disease of addiction with physical asana practice, breath work, and meditation. We will get to know each other throughout these sessions and work together to bridge the gap between your 12 step journey and yoga. This class is for anyone in active recovery, or anyone struggling with an addiction and seeking recovery, or anyone simply curious about the 12 steps. This yoga class is not designed as a replacement for 12 step meetings or working with a sponsor, and is not intended to diagnose or treat any behavioral health conditions
